Kimberly
Hall-Canepa
Kimberly has
been serving the mortgage industry for close to 3 years, but had
been no stranger to the Real Estate business. Her father is a
30 year veteran Real Estate broker and her mother built and managed
one of Connecticut’s largest Banks wholesale lending divisions.
Needless to say the business was all around her as she pursued
her career. Kim even paid her dues in dad’s real estate
office many a summers and after-school.
Prior to entering
the mortgage industry Kim had a successful career in Human Resources
Management, while focused at the latter part of her career on
high level recruitment in the hospitality, consumer products and
biotech industries. This career certainly prepared Kim and afforded
her a strong sales skill set and the ability to provide service,
having two clients to satisfy in each transaction the employer
and the candidate. After close to 12 years in the recruiting arena,
Kim made her shift into the mortgage industry and began servicing
loans in the Connecticut and New York markets.
Since 2005
Kim has since relocated to Palm Beach and is enjoying a very exciting
and diverse market. Kim has been working with the first time homebuyer,
investors, second home purchasers as well as foreign nationals.
In addition to a diverse borrower type Kim has also become well
versed in a variety of property types such as new construction,
condo conversions, high rise luxury condos and condotels, to highlight
just a few.
Kim is a true people’s person who prides herself in service;
she loves to educate the first time homebuyer and enjoys the excitement
of their new promise of home-ownership and seeing that dream come
to fruition. With a market that is ever-changing and a mortgage
industry that continues to expand and offer new products and services,
Kim too continues to grow and learn with just as much excitement
as her clients.
“I believe
the most important thing a mortgage counselor can do is listen
to their client, and of course ask the right questions and be
a constant source of information for her clients….It’s
a partnership, I’m here to help find the right path and
look forward to serving you”.
